This is the only photo I have of myself training clients, it was taken in middle of 2010, just after having an operation on my left hand. (It's not a fashion accessory)
That left hand operation was the 2nd of 3 operations I had in 2010, in February my right hip was operated on, then in November the left hip was operated on, 2010 was quite a big year for me.
A little about my working career, I started with Wizard Home Loans in 2001, when I was 20 years old. I didn't know anything about the mortgage industry when I first started, so worked very dilegently to get up to speed.
10 months after starting with Wizard I bought my first home with the income I'd built up, everyone was pretty surprised with my early success, including myself.
In the 2002-03 financial year I set a goal of settling 150 transactions, and in the very last week of the June month, settled my 150th transaction. It was also the most loans settled in Australia by any Mobile Lending Manager working with Wizard.
In late 2003, I left Wizard and started my own business, Informed Home Loans. In the 2004 calendar year, I'd earned a little over $100,000, working with freely referred clients.
In between leaving Wizard and starting Informed Home Loans I travelled across to America for some business coaching, this was where I met Joe Stumpf, founder of By Referral Only.
After staying with Joe for a couple of days in February 2005 my life changed a fair bit. I decided to stop working Informed Home Loans and set about creating a prevention based health facility.
I immersed myself in study and research work for the next 18 months, I actually sold my home to see the project through, basically I needed time to create the facility, and this was how I did it.
Anyway, after 18 months and thousands of hours, mostly in isolation, the facility was setup, it's called Improvement After Movement, (www.ImprovementAfterMovement.com)
The facility has helped thousands of people around the world, but in creating the program, cost me everything I owned materially. Because it's a no cost facility, in mid 2006, it was back to the business world, creating my own referral system to fund Improvement After Movement.
I chose to target professionals in the mortgage industry to begin with, purely because that was the industry I'd excelled in.
Now, with a strong track record of success stories and clients in the mortgage industry, I also teach professionals from the fitness, real estate and insurance industries, just to name a few.
I can't wait to see what opportunities come along to teach the Free Referral Secrets system and move the Improvement After Movement message.

p.s. Most people experience one moment they look back on as a turning point, a 'Big Break', this was mine.
I was first asked to speak at the 2007 Australian Brokers Forum, I was the final speaker in the last session of the conference. It was quite a successful session, some delegates even stood and applauded at it's conclusion.
