How to leverage your time while you still build trust

Trust is everything in business, clients are prepared to pay more for a trusted service. Why do you think so many clients are prepared to pay professional fees when they could easily find someone to help them who won't, trust!

If you write a monthly message for your clients, I strongly recommend you do, (they take only 15 minutes to put together when you know how to) the trust you're continually building could be enhanced so that all your future prospects can benefit too.

You can do this by placing your monthly messages on your own blog. My blog's cost me around $8 per month, I actually have 2, Free Referral Secrets for my business clients and Improvement After Movement for everyone.

The Improvement After Movement blog is more of a hobby at this stage, I save about $500 per month with sponsorships from my physio and chiro, they've been helping me put my body back together so I can play sport again.

Searching, the new power of blogging.

As you may know, I used to blog a lot, but I got frustrated with it, here's why:

Let's say I posted a message last year about the importance of gettting your contact number into your client's mobile phone. Until recently I wasn't aware of a way to simply retrieve that message from the depths of my blog.

Then I came across a new 'Search' feature, this is where you can search keywords on your blog and any message containing those keywords will appear. It's a great feature, and it means that your clients can now search your blog for messages important to them, instead of just what appears at the time they check out your blog.

Test it out, search 'mobile' in the top right corner of the FRS blog and see if the message I wrote last year will help you get in touch with more referred prospects.

I used to set my client's up with their password protected webpage that they could log into anytime of the day or night to know exactly where things were at with their mortgage application, my client's were quite wowed by it, here's how I would explain it to them.

Client's name, because I'm consulting with clients during the day, there's a good chance if you try to get hold of me you'll get my voicemail, so what I'm going to do is give you your own password protected webpage that you can log into anytime of the day or night to know where your application is at.

Back in 2004 when I first had the idea for the system and was explaining it to client's, the comments I would receive would be things like, 'wow, I've never heard of anything like that before'.
